Group Booking Research Fee

To help reduce the turn around time for group quotes and help lower the amount of request that are not legitimate Rovia is requiring a $50 group quote deposit effective Jan 3rd 2010. The deposit will be charged prior to Rovia assigning the quote request to a group agent. The $50 deposit will be applied towards the group reservation as every group trip requires a deposit to secure the reservation. If you are serious about booking a group then applying the deposit upfront will insure your commitment to complete the booking and work with your Rovia Travel Reservation Specialist.

In the event Rovia cannot match or beat a competitor quote, Rovia will issue a refund of the $50 deposit based on Rovia receiving proof of travel with related documents showing cost and travel dates. If travel is not booked with Rovia and no proof of travel with another agency is provided within 15 days from the original quoted return date listed on the itinerary then the $50 deposit will be retained by Rovia for our services.
